  1. Dear Doctor!
My cat unfortunately found the capsule in the liver cream ball after 2 days... I ordered R.C. medicine-dispensing moldable balls for him, just in case... In the meantime, can I break the capsule open and try giving him the powder? Or will it no longer be effective?

    1. Dear Nikoletta! Of course, you can pour out the contents of the capsule, it will work just as well in powder form mixed with anything, or you can give it in small capsules. Regards Dr. Molnar

  2. Dear Doctor!

My 7-year-old dwarf rabbit has been diagnosed with testicular cancer, but our vet won't put him to sleep due to his age and weight. He said he's not in any pain and can live with this condition. I'm asking for your help in finding out if there are any of your products that you can recommend for this problem.

Thank you in advance for your answer!
    Best regards:
    Deák Nikolett

  3. T. Dr.Ur! Please help! Which tumor package do you recommend for my dog? Or what do you recommend? They removed different "nodules" three times, first in May 2019, then in March 2020, and third in November 2020. I have the first and third biopsies, I will attach them if I get an email address. Translated from Spanish with Google Translate, but I think most of it is understandable. Currently, a new lump has started to develop on the chest! The dog is male, neutered (4.5 years old), 5 years old, weighs 4 kg, is on a home-cooked diet that the doctor prescribed. We live in Costa Rica, after the first surgery we protect him from excessive sun exposure. He eats well, he had a fungal infection (ringworm) for 3 years, he received antibiotics and antifungal medication, parasite protection monthly with Adventix, fleas, he is in good condition, active. Please send the recommended medications to a Budapest address, payment by bank transfer. I look forward to your early response. Thank you
    Klara Lugossy

    1. Dear Klára! You have already asked your questions elsewhere and we discussed them there. Regards Dr. Molnar

  4. Dear Doctor! I found a lump on my 2-year-old Ragdoll cat's head about 3 weeks ago. It did not respond to antibiotic treatment, so they deemed it necessary to remove this lump surgically. Unfortunately, the histology result is the worst possible, a tumor. Fibrosarcoma... In principle, the surgery went well and it is completely tumor-free. According to the doctor, there is nothing else to do, except for continuous monitoring, since the tumor can return at any time. After hearing the news, obviously due to the shock effect, I was left with many questions. If possible, I would like to ask for your advice/opinion on these. First of all, why is it that there is nothing else to do? Is it possible that follow-up treatment is not necessary in the case of such a serious disease? I know this is a terrible question, but I have not known any type of cancer so far, I would like to be aware of what I can expect in the future, according to your experience? Do you think there is any way for me to protect my cat's health as a preventive measure, to strengthen the immune system, to reduce the chance of relapse? Should I change anything in his diet? He has been fed premium food since he was very young, preferring chicken food. He usually eats 70% meat-containing wet food 2x70 g per day, and dry food is available all day long. My cat is a neutered male, currently 6.6 kg. I have seen the products on the site, but I would like to ask for your advice as an expert, which package would you recommend for my cat in this case. If there was a package suitable for my cat, would I be able to have the package shipped directly to England? Thank you very much for your help in advance! Thank you, K. Zsuzsanna

    1. Dear Zsuzsanna! In the case of malignant tumors, if the tumor was removed by surgery, I treat it as if it had not been removed. That is, I use therapeutic supplements to prevent recurrence. You can find most of the information about the treatment of cancer here: https://www.supreme-immunity.com/diseases/ -> Tumor diseases. You can order the package with delivery to England here http://www.supreme-immunity.com, although not all the creators of the package are there, but if you write an email, we can clarify what to put in the cart so that the package can go. Regards Dr.Molnar

  5. Hello!

I would like to ask, my kitten has a good appetite, normal stools, but it is very difficult to poop. The kitten is two months old, playful, eats normally (I have tried several foods for him, just in case). His bottom is swollen. He does not allow us to touch his bottom, but his belly and other small organs are okay. What could be the problem?

    1. Dear Kovvik! He probably has constipation. If it doesn't resolve on its own, you should give him an enema. Use a diet that contains more fiber. For example, Digestive Enzymes & Probiotics or Chitosan capsules can also help in prevention. Regards Dr.molnar

  6. Dear Doctor,
I would like to ask if the Urine Tract & Bladder products can be given to pregnant dogs and do they ship to England?
    Thank you,
    Csilla

  7. Dear Doctor!

We have a 1-year-old black Labrador, a female dog. She currently weighs 34 kg. Unfortunately, in February she got parvo despite the vaccinations she received, but she recovered successfully. She had 2 surgeries then, 1 because her bowel function stopped and 1 because the suture from the first surgery became infected. Since then, her intestinal system has been slowly rebuilding, but it is still not 100%, and she has also developed food allergies/intolerances. Then and since then, she has received energyvet and supreme immunity products several times to strengthen her immune system and help her intestinal system function normally, which have had a very good effect on her. A few days ago, we started another such cure with the following products: Supreme immunity Multivit Mega C complex, Digestive enzyme & probiotic complex and Liver Detox. Recently, she was treated for a false pregnancy, initially with anti-inflammatory drugs, which reduced the swelling, but today it turned out that since then she has also started producing some milk. So now she should be given Galastop.
So my question would be, can we continue the treatment we started a few days ago with the supreme immunity products while giving Galastop, or should we pause it for this 1 week? Can the two affect each other in any way or can taking them together affect the dog?

    Thank you,
    Nagy Zsófia

    1. Dear Zsófia! Of course you can continue, but since my answer is late, for which I apologize, the problem has certainly been solved since then. I would also like to draw your attention to the fact that the cause of the symptoms caused by food intolerance can be traced back to the condition of the intestinal system, therefore it is necessary to stabilize the condition of the intestinal flora and the intestinal wall for improvement. But it is also important to eliminate substances that are harmful to the intestinal flora that are introduced into the body. Furthermore, it is important to choose foods that are as little processed as possible. Vomiting, in my experience, is caused by a lack of stomach acid. The following two packages are suitable for these: https://www.supreme-immunity.com/products/stomach-acid-problems/ , and this one: https://www.supreme-immunity.com/products/skin-disease-and-allergies/ Please note that the packages also contain common ingredients, so it is not necessary to order them twice. Regards Dr.Molnar

  8. Dear Doctor,

I would like to inquire whether the capsule preparations can also be administered in powder form (e.g. sprinkled on food or mixed into more mushy food) for smaller dogs (2 kg), for whom taking the capsule and the dosage cause difficulty?
Thank you in advance for your answer!

  9. Dear Doctor! I have a 4-year-old Chihuahua, who weighs barely 2 kg, a small breed. His stomach often burns, the doctor prescribed a quarter of a 40 mg tablet of Pantacid Flux per day. It says to take it all at once before meals. I break it into quarters, it becomes sharp, he won't eat it, it makes him gag. They recommended Quamatel mini, 10 mg. one a day. Isn't that a lot? He refuses to take it even with a bite. What is the solution? How else can I neutralize the high acid? Thank you in advance for your answer. Best regards, Élő Emilia

  10. Dear Doctor! I have two Westie female dogs, mother is 8.5 years old, daughter is 4.5 years old. They are not yet neutered, I would like to ask how risky it is to be neutered now, and how much would it cost? My other question is that unfortunately they are allergic, the mother dog received Citopoint injections twice but continues to scratch, and there is a brown spot on her belly that sometimes fades, sometimes turns red. After that, she received Apoquel 5.4 ml, and Royal Canin Indestination food and boiled meat, with rice, and they receive wet beef food. The little one received steroid-based surit 2 times, and she also received Apoguel 3.6 ml tablets, but her legs are sore, swollen, bloody fluid comes out of them, because she constantly licks them. Unfortunately, both of them are allergic to chicken, grass, and wood. They usually give me probiotics and a little Quamatel. What do you recommend I do? Thank you.

    1. Dear Judit! The cause of allergic symptoms can be traced back to the condition of the intestinal system, so it is necessary to stabilize the condition of the intestinal flora and the intestinal wall for improvement. But it is also important to eliminate substances that are harmful to the intestinal flora that are introduced into the body. Furthermore, it is important to prioritize foods that are as little processed as possible. Vomiting develops due to a lack of stomach acid, according to my experience. 11. Dear Doctor!

    I have a 2-month-old kitten. (boy)
Where he was raised until now, they gave him and his siblings Parisian food, so he doesn't know any other food.
I tried giving him 2 portions of Gourmet wet food, but unfortunately he doesn't eat it.
I also gave him some dry food, but he doesn't eat that either.
He eats fried chicken breast and chicken breast ham.
How can I get him used to cat food?

Thank you in advance for your answer.

    Best regards, Andrea

    1. Dear Andrea! Yes, cats often do not accept any food other than what they are used to. Once they have tasted the other food, they will accept the new one. A little fasting will help with this. Regards, Dr. Molnár

  12. Hello Doctor
My question is, is it recommended to bathe my dog 6 days after using Advantix Spon On drops for under 4 kg if it caused allergic reactions in my dog. The vet has already given him an injection for allergies, but I don't know if I bathe him, will the effect of the medicine be weakened? I look forward to your answer as soon as possible.

    1. Dear Alexandra! The more time passes after applying the product, the less debilitating the effect of bathing. I recommend using the Cytovet detoxifying and Digestive Enzymes & Probiotic products. Regards Dr. Molnár

  13. Dear Doctor! Pihécske is a 2-year-old mixed breed dog. We have been trying to find a solution to his problems since May 12th. Then he started coughing, the doctor gave him Kesium antibiotics. It seemed like a cold. He took it for 8 days. Then the coughing started again. Bisolvon powder followed. I quickly saw that it was not helping. In the meantime, he got worse and worse and would constantly eat grass or eat it when we were out in the garden. He vomited yellowish liquid several times. He almost always coughed when lying down, I stood him up and it went away within a few seconds. He often swallows. Based on the symptoms, the doctor said it was reflux. He didn't eat anything for about 1.5 days, he didn't even want to eat his beloved kefir. Then, on medical advice, we switched to Trovet Intestinal dry food and canned food (duck, potato). He eats small portions 4 times a day, and also small kefir. He also gets half a Quamatel mini at the end of each meal. He hasn't vomited in about 5 days, he's much better, but he still eats grass almost all the time and his ears have started to itch. He scratches both of these things often and sneezes a lot. I've already ordered several products from you. Today I started giving Pihécske the capsules containing digestive enzymes and probiotics again. I see that it contains betaine HCL, which makes acid. My question is, how can you actually tell if it's reflux? And if he really has a lot of acid, is this capsule good for him? Thank you in advance for your answer!

  14. Dear Dr.!
    Regarding my vomiting cat:
He only eats dry diet food. I tried diet canned food, but he only sniffed it. He refuses to eat raw chicken, boiled chicken, grilled chicken without oil. In the past few weeks, his morning vomit has been grass with water, white bubbles and foam.
What I have noticed is that for the past week he has been scratching his neck a lot, scratching off a lot of hair.
    Thank you:
    Aliz Borsos

    1. Dear Aliz! I answered your question on the other website. Regards Dr. Molnár

  15. Dear Dr.!
I would like to ask for your advice regarding a vomiting kitten.
I got my Ragdoll kitten in the fall of 2018 when she was 2 months old. In the first few weeks, it turned out that she was sick. She vomited dry food a few times a week. She was happy, her appetite was good. Her blood count was perfect. So the doctor diagnosed IBS. First, he recommended some Gaviscon liquid for 1 week, as long as she didn't vomit, but then she would vomit again. The kitten believed it, and she wasn't particularly sick. Then we tried Zantac and Ranitidine, but the same thing happened. Then he was given Famotodine. He took it for 1 year, for the last 6 months 1x 5mg tablet per week. A few months later it ran out and it turned out that it was no longer available. There was no problem for 1 month, but then he started vomiting, 1x or 2x a week, he ate normally. But 3 weeks ago he got very sick. He vomited 20 times one night, the first 2 meals were brownish-yellow liquid, then pink, when he drank, the vomit was foamy/bubbly white. I took him to the doctor because he had never been sick like this. The doctor recommended Omeprazole, but it didn't work. He was already vomiting while taking it, but he only ate liquids in the morning and a little food in the afternoon, it stayed in, he started to lose weight. The blood test was good again. The doctor had a new idea: some kind of nervous system problem, so we were given Medrone. Failure again. The cat is now on a 10-day course of Emeprid 2x a day. The cat is not vomiting, she eats a little, but her regular dose is too low. Her general condition is relatively good. They have now recommended Quamatel mini tablets. My question is, can it really be given to cats? Just like the veterinary Famotidine?
I will soon take her to surgery, where they will open her up and examine her inside. My other question is, in your opinion, what kind of illness could the cat have? What can I expect? If the blood test results were good, could it be a tumor, an ulcer, some kind of stomach/intestinal catarrh, reflux…?
Thank you in advance for your answer.

  16. Dear Doctor!

My elderly, diabetic toy poodle dog has very dry skin and has experienced significant hair loss.
What additional therapy can we use in addition to insulin therapy for diabetes and hair and skin problems?

Thank you in advance for your help!
    Best regards:
    Roxána Ruzsa

    1. Dear Roxána! In case of diabetes, I recommend using the following supplement package: https://www.supreme-immunity.com/products/diabetes/ You can primarily influence this positively with energyvet products, so I recommend ordering from there. The hair problems are probably related to digestion. For that, use Krill Omega D3K2 gel and Multivit Mega C supplements in addition to the diabetic package. Regards Dr. molnár

  18. Dear Doctor!
I have a six-year-old Jack Russell Terrier. For the past two months, he has had to be taken to the vet twice a week in the early morning hours, and during these times he eats grass and then vomits it up with yellowish foam or passes it with feces. He scratches a lot. Sometimes he goes around the apartment and licks the floor and carpet. I had him checked by an allergist, but they said he was fine. It seems to me that he has reflux. What do you think? What should I give him?
Thank you in advance for your answer.

  19. Dear Doctor!
I would like to ask you a question: I have a 12-year-old female cavalier spaniel. Her heart is perfect and there are no problems with her blood count. However, her right hind leg has been shaking for quite some time. Our veterinarian palpated her spine and found that the 5th and 6th vertebrae are fused together, and she is extremely sensitive. We can only carry her up and down stairs by hand. What is unfortunately worrying is that for quite a few months now I have been experiencing a pain in her. It lasts for a short time, I notice it when she is lying down with her head up or sitting, but always when she "gets a little dizzy." With this problem, our doctor recommended the dyna-lode tablet, we took it all the way through, but the symptom did not improve, in fact... We are currently at a point where there is a wave of tremors that starts from his tail and runs all over his body and usually ends at his front legs, at which point the poor thing falls over... I saw this process once in the past few days, in reverse, so it started from his head and ended in his back legs and he even sat on his bottom from it. This wave occurs 1 or 2 times a day. It does not cause him pain, but I can see that at times he seems a little out of this world... but maybe he just doesn't understand it all. Could you recommend anything that I can do to help with this? Or what could be causing this? I am talking about an active, cheerful dog, he loves to go hiking and I am afraid that this will only get worse, even though I am aware of his age. Thank you very much!! Master Lili and Nina 🙂

  20. Dear Veterinarian!

I am contacting you because I have an English bulldog whose thyroid gland stopped working at the age of one and a half, which is why his hair is falling out and not growing back. His permanent medication is Fortiron 400. He takes half a dose one day and a quarter the next. We have tried several vitamins, but unfortunately they have not worked. He always loses hair in larger areas. I look forward to your response as soon as possible.

    1. Dear Andrea! Some factor has triggered the underfunctioning of the thyroid gland. It is usually triggered by the development of an autoimmune disease. And that is leaky gut syndrome. Study the following description and I recommend applying what is written there: https://www.supreme-immunity.com/diseases/ -> leaky gut syndrome. Greetings Dr. molnár

  21. Dear Doctor!
My Shiba Inu puppy is now 10 years old. Unfortunately, we had many problems from a young age, and unfortunately they have remained. He often vomited acid, the whole dog had convulsions, for which the vet prescribed Quamatel mini. Unfortunately, as the years passed, he had to be given 30mg tablets a day. I found a forum where they recommended apple cider vinegar. He gets 2ml of apple cider vinegar a day, and so he doesn't need Quamatel. The other problem is allergies. Every year it gets worse, and he chews his legs more and more often. He even literally chewed a hole in a collar on his legs in a few minutes. After that, he received an injection treatment, and to this day he still gets Apoquel tablets 5-10mg/day every day. The scratching is getting more and more frequent, and he has a strong urge to chew himself, even with the medicine (which is not good for his stomach). Allergy testing, skin scrapings, and blood tests showed nothing. When he was 7 years old, he peed when he moved. He also received an injection course and tablets for that, and since then he has been receiving 1 Cystaid Canine tablet every other day. Since then, there has been no urine leakage. He is receiving C11 for the joint, before that he received green mussel capsules but he no longer uses them. I would like to ask for your opinion, if I start giving him Supreme Immunity products, what should I continue to give him, or should I leave everything else? (feeding Trovet Intestinal DPD)
Thank you very much for taking the time to help us, and thank you for your help.
    Best regards,
    Mónika Molnár

  22. Dear Doctor!

I would like to ask for your advice regarding my cat's condition.

She is a female cat, about 10 years old. I don't know her exact age, because we bought her from the street. She was neutered in 2014. 3 kg if everything is true, unfortunately she won't stay on the scale. 🙂

Regarding her diet: She usually gets bagged, sauced food in the morning, and dry food in the evening. I try to buy her mid-range food, e.g. Almo Nature, Miamor, Josera, Sheba, Animonda alternately. Also, during the day, when we eat, she likes to try a few bites. But these are pickled hams for sandwiches, or 2-3 pieces of meat from stew, in the case of roast meat, she will even eat a few bites of that. She never gets raw meat! He also gets treats, but he likes the tastier varieties, and doesn't really like the catnip or more natural versions.

About 3 months ago he started having a continuous vomiting period. Which means that everything went wrong with his usual diet. I took him to the doctor, where it turned out that he had a bad tooth, gum disease, and liver damage. The tooth was removed, and the gum disease was supposedly untreatable, and he was given a course of HepaPet plus, Quamatel mini, and B-complex for his liver. While taking the medications, the vomiting stopped, just as his eating habits had returned. Everything went well. However, the medications ran out, and about a week after stopping the course, the vomiting started again. Yesterday I went to buy HepaPet plus again and he took it in the morning and exceptionally in the evening. Even so, there was very little food left in him. This morning he was given another tablet like this, but unfortunately he vomited again. After that, I gave him another Quamatel, which is good for now (although he hasn't eaten since), but I'm starting to despair about the case.

He received the Nobivac Tricat Trio vaccine on June 5th.

Lukrécia's surgeries: neutering and removal of a tooth under anesthesia.

I don't know about allergies or drug sensitivities.

By the way, he is FIV/FELV negative.

His mood is almost unchanged. He is kind, cuddly, purring, not aloof. He also loves to play, and is just as curious as before.

It would probably be obvious to take him to the doctor again, but he is literally terrified of the box. He immediately becomes hysterical and does everything he can to get out of it, while meowing desperately and his nails are also chipping off the bars of the box as he tries to get out. So that's why I would like some advice first. Thank you very much in advance.

Oh, and I'll copy the lab results from less than a month ago, which showed that there was something wrong with his liver.

    1. Dear Melinda! The cat has developed a persistent digestive disorder, which leads to the formation of toxic substances in the intestine, which could lead to long-term liver strain. I recommend switching the cat's diet to preservative-free forms, as they can lead to the degradation of the intestinal flora and autoimmune disorders. Persistent intestinal inflammation leads to digestive enzyme production disorders, which can only aggravate the previous problems. For its treatment, I recommend the combined administration of Regavet, Digestive Enzymes & Probiotic complex, Krill Omega D3+K2 gel and Multivit Mega C complex. Best regards, Dr. Molnár

  23. Dear Doctor! My cat is a 9-year-old, neutered female. She developed purulent metritis. She was operated on, and the neuter was also performed at that time. After the operation, she recovered well, but the vaginal discharge returned. She received anti-inflammatory injections, but to no avail. Now, after another operation, it turned out that everything is fine from the inside, there is no infection or anything else. The problem is caused by severe vaginitis. She received vaginal irrigation and suppositories. What product would you recommend to achieve a complete recovery? Thank you for your answer.

    1. Dear Tünde! Did the spaying only involve the removal of the ovaries or the entire internal genitalia (uterus and ovaries)? If there is vaginitis, a urine test should be performed to rule out a urinary tract infection. If this is also ruled out, I recommend taking Gynevet and Imunovet orally and rinsing the vagina with a solution made from Cyítovet caps (50 ml/1 cap dilution). Regards, Dr. Molnár

  24. Dear Doctor! I have a 1-month-old kitten and my dog mauled it while playing and since then the kitten has just been lying down and if I touch its ribs it starts meowing. A week ago the same thing happened to another kitten and the poor thing died. What can I do with it? Can I give it some painkillers? Or should I let it go????? Thank you for your answer in advance!

  25. Dear Doctor!
Our Chihuahua dog has a growth on his head. At first we didn't care because it was just a small bump, we thought it had hit his head, but then it just kept growing.
I asked for an X-ray, where they determined that it was a
"bone-like growth" that is not only growing outwards, but also inwards.
We are currently waiting for an MRI scan.
What can we expect? What tests and surgeries will Lázár have to undergo? ????
Thank you very much for your answer!
    Best regards,
    Szente Patrícia

    1. Dear Patricia! The small lump could also be a bone tumor, but this has since been ruled out or confirmed by an MRI scan. If the tumor is confirmed (osteosarcoma), then traditional medicine usually tries to solve the situation with amputation, but unfortunately this often threatens with recurrence, and this is not a viable option for skull bones. A lab test would also be needed in which the CRP and CEA values and liver and kidney functions would be examined. Please write down the results of the MRI scan and then I can help you by outlining further options. Regards Dr. Molnár

  26. Hello!

A dog rescued from the street with a broken leg. The first x-ray shows the date and condition at the time.

The second and third pictures show the date and the condition of the first surgery, which the doctor admitted was unsuccessful, 🙁 so we didn't take him there again.

The fourth and fifth pictures were taken on 03/07/2019, 1 month after the second doctor's surgery.

The dog's leg is still not improving. Now the second doctor has recommended that he operate on the dog again, remove the long "rod" and one of the screws that he sees as loose in the scan.

    The questions are the following?

Should we still trust this doctor? (or should we frantically look for another one?)
    Is another surgery okay?
    Would you do the same?
Is this an okay x-ray a month after the surgery?

Thank you very much if it helps you make a decision, best regards: Kincső
    The x-ray pictures: https://jolertem.blogspot.com/

    1. Dear Kincső! I don't like to give advice on such surgical matters. But in the 4th picture it is clear that a nail has moved towards the knee and will cause serious problems until it is removed. So there is no choice, it has to be removed anyway. Whom you trust is up to you to decide. After the surgery, I recommend starting the drugs from our Musculoskeletal Package, for faster wound and scar healing and rapid bone formation. Best regards, Dr. Molnár

  27. Dear Doctor!
Our five-year-old female German Shepherd dog regularly has so-called hot spot skin disease. It used to occur once or twice a year, but lately it has been almost one after the other with short breaks. It doesn't spread to her, they are 5-10 HUF in size, because we monitor it and immediately start treating it externally. I have now started giving her Predisolone, because I don't know what to do with it. She also scratches a lot, in the area where she can scratch with her hind legs (around the shoulder blades, sides) her hair is worn down to a very short length, there are usually no wounds on it. The wounds tend to be on the rump, around the hind thighs. I just came across the Supreme immunity products on the website, I saw three products recommended for allergic diseases on the website, I don't know if it would be effective in this case, and if all three should be given together.
If so, how long should he be given the medication for? Would the recommended three-month course permanently eliminate the problem, or should it be given regularly? How long would one box of medication last? The dog weighs about 35-40 kg.

    1. Dear Lady! I recommend using our following package for skin problems, given in combination at the same time: https://www.supreme-immunity.com/products/skin-disease-and-allergies/ . The 3-month cure can help for a current period, it does not mean a solution for life, as the body needs to be continuously nourished and supplied with the necessary vitamins, omega 3 fatty acids, active ingredients that affect the intestines and aid digestion. You can find the necessary doses here: https://www.supreme-immunity.com/dosages/. The contents of the package are enough for your dog for about 1 month. Regards, Dr. Molnár

  28. Hello,
I would like to inquire whether the contents of the multivit mega c complex and the digestive enzyme & probio.komplex capsules can be safely used without the capsule shell? I am starting the vitamin treatment for a 2.5 kg Yorkshire Terrier, according to the information, the dose is half a capsule per day. To do this, I have to open the capsule. Can I safely use it by sprinkling it on his food? (In addition to food allergies, the ten-year-old dog also had a pollen allergy last summer, which I am trying to prevent this year by starting the treatment at the same time. Supplemented with krill gel). Thank you in advance for your kind answer!
    Andrea

    1. Dear Andrea! Yes, it can be added to food after being emptied from the capsule, without any harm. Regards Dr. Molnár

  29. Dear Doctor!
I would like to ask if I can open the enzyme probiotics complex capsule and give it to my puppy, does it not contain any esophageal irritants?
(I heard about human digestive enzyme preparations that it is not advisable to break them)

    Thank you for your answer:
    Lugosi Erika

    1. Dear Erika! Yes, you can give our product unopened without any risk of changing its effects. It does not irritate the esophagus even at the highest dose used. Regards Dr. Molnár

  30. 7 year old Roti, lupus disease? Or a 3 year old Moscow watchdog with severe joint pain, I would be interested in what you would recommend.

    1. Dear Lady! Lupus is a serious autoimmune disease. I need more information to be able to give an opinion or help. Joint complaints can also be treated effectively after a blood test and an examination and X-ray. If there is cartilage loss, wear, joint capsule damage after a sprain or dislocation, or autoimmune arthritis, atrophy, all require different treatment. I can recommend a suitable natural preparation for each, but I need to know the more accurate diagnosis. Regards, Dr. Molnár

  31. Good day Doctor!
My dog has small red rashes from time to time, on his groin and belly and he scratches a lot.
For about 3 months now, he has had a patch of hairless skin on his back (about 5 cm).
His skin is scaly, he licks his paws and scratches a lot, not normal scratching.
He also vomited almost every day, but for about 2 months now it has not been typical, more intermittently.
When I found this opportunity, I ordered Digestive Enzymes & Probiotics Complex, which I have been giving since Saturday.
2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. (20 kg Puli Fox mix).
What else would you recommend to really get him back on track?
Thank you in advance for your kind help and the opportunity.
    Kati

    1. Dear Katalin! The described symptoms of dermatitis are reminiscent of dermatitis caused by yeast fungi. In this case, the skin also has a pungent odor, in addition to the described symptoms. I recommend using the products from our Dermatitis package to treat this. https://www.supreme-immunity.com/products/skin-disease-and-allergies/ .
The ordered Digestive Enzymes & Probiotics will be suitable for resolving the digestive disorder, which is probably caused by a lack of stomach acid. Regards, Dr. Molnár

  32. Dear Doctor!
I have a cat who has a swelling on his left front leg but no wound and if you press on it it hurts.
I would like to ask if the Doctor could help me find out what could be causing this.
Thank you in advance for your answer.

  33. I would like to ask you whether the use of colloidal silver solution in cats for mouth ulcers can have any undesirable side effects, consequences, or be harmful to them? The antibiotic injection has not failed him yet, so I would like to try colloidal silver as well, because I have read a lot of good things about it.

    Thanks: Anikó

    1. Dear Anikó! It has a strong antimicrobial effect, but I don't use it because it can only suspend the symptoms and we don't know its long-term effects because it is a heavy metal. We use Imunovet topically for mouth ulcers, Digestive Enzyme & Probiotic Complex and Virovet orally. Regards Dr. Molnár

  34. P.S.: Currently Hepa Pet plus 700 mg 2 pcs / day, before that it was Samylyn, and unfortunately the dog has a fast pulse, so he regularly gets Digoxin 2x0.5 tablets.
I don't like to keep my dog under control, so I wrote you the current changes again.
The dog has been eating the Supreme products for exactly 3 weeks, after 1 week the dog's mood was back to normal!!! Should I only take a break with Regavet and Cytovet? Can Mega C and the Enzyme Probiotic be taken continuously?
What the Doctor recommended for the kitten, super!!! The improvement is visible, he has become a beautiful, happy kitten!!!
    Thank you,

    Zs. Erika

  35. Hello Doctor,

I am asking you whether I can give my dog DMGuard in addition to Regavet + Cytovet + Digestive Enzyme + Multi Mega C? Our recent lab results: GOT: 63, GPT: 165, GGT: 14, Amylase: 1260, Alkp: 1292

    Thank you,

    Zs. Erika

  36. Dear Gábor!

I would like to ask you which products you recommend for a 10-week-old kitten for general immunization, and whether it is possible to start taking vitamins at this age?
Thank you in advance for your answer.

    1. Dear Tímea! Yes, I recommend Krill Omega D3 K2 gel for such a young kitten for immune strengthening and for its coat. From the age of 4-6, I recommend using Bone strength @ joint protection and Multivit Mega C complex for prevention. For prevention, it is enough to give it once a day. Regards Dr. Molnár

  37. Sorry.
I didn't write that even the dog takes quamatel 20mg. For stomach acid because if he doesn't take it then it's too much for him. Which he's been taking since he was 9 months old. This might be important to you. Thank you very much..
    Regards Écii

    1. Dear Éva! Persistent indigestion is always the background to allergies. Antacids help symptomatically but only worsen the problem. Regards Dr. Molnár

  38. Dear Doctor..
I have a 5-year-old male boxer dog who is allergic to life and dust pollen..He had a lab..
And this year will be 3 years since we have been using Vet life urtrahipo food. This food is a medicinal food and out of many, this one has worked.
We are fighting allergies but not always successfully. I bought him the digestion enhancer. So we can try it on him.
I would like to ask if I can use your 2 products on him? The dog is 45 kg.. so he needs 4 of the digestion enhancer. When should I give it to him in the morning or in the evening? And how long does it take for him to get better...? He chews and licks his feet and his eyes tend to itch. And his chin. Sometimes his ears get inflamed but they don't smell or have discharge, just red and itchy,
Which product would be the best for him or all 3 together. And the dog is hyperactive and too sensitive. I know unfortunately this is the result of overbreeding.. I love him very much and I want him to be symptom-free, I want to provide him with a better life. You know, doctor, I tried many things for him, but he was only symptom-free for a while..
What else do you suggest for us...?? Thank you very much for the answer.

    1. Dear Éva! I recommend the following combination for the treatment of allergy symptoms: Multivit Mega C, Krill Omega D3K2 gel, Digestive Enzymes&Probiotic complex orally. For otitis, locally rinse the external auditory canal with a solution made from Cytovet caps (1 cap in 50 ml of water) daily and instill Imunovet in between rinses. Regards, Dr. Molnár

  39. Dear Doctor!
I have a 7-year-old neutered Havanese female dog. About a month ago I took her to the vet with vomiting. Then I took her to a vet who specializes in Eneryvet products, who recommended Virovet-Immunovet and Fitovet products 2x2 drops. (3 weeks of taking, 1 week off). I started giving her these, but the first night she pooped in 5-6 places around the apartment. The next day it happened again, so I stopped giving her the products. This condition lasted for a few more days. Then when the diarrhea was gone, I noticed that she was constantly gurgling, swallowing and coughing, fighting stomach acid. The vet diagnosed her with reflux and gave her 2x half-tablets of Quamatel 20 mg. We have now stopped her, with the advice that if it happens again, I should continue giving her the medicine. Is it possible that the cough is also from the acid? Or does he just need an immune boost? He coughs often. Our doctor said that he might have a narrowing of the trachea, but that would only be shown by an X-ray, which would require him to be put to sleep, but I'm afraid of that because after being neutered (2 years ago) he reacted very badly to being woken up. Unfortunately, I have a hard time accepting the regular use of medications, whether in human or veterinary medicine. I would like to ask for your advice and help, is there a medicinal product that can restore the acid-base balance and strengthen his immune system? I look forward to your answer and advice with gratitude. Mária András

    1. Dear Mária! Coughing can be a consequence of tracheal collapse, which is caused by a cartilage development problem. I treat this with a supplement combo consisting of combined natural substances. The “acid problem” is caused by acid deficiency in the vast majority of cases. We can treat this too and restore proper acid production with our natural-based remedies. Of course, feeding habits also need to be changed in this case. If you request it, I will provide you with a list of the necessary remedies. Regards, Dr. Molnár

  40. Dear Doctor!
I would like to ask which product you recommend for my 10-year-old Bokognese female puppy. For several years now, her hair has been thinning from her neck down, and even now, at least once a year, it completely falls off her bottom. Our vet couldn't tell us what's causing this. We also struggle with stomach acid quite a bit. Sometimes she vomits something like this white foam, or when we go out she eats grass and then vomits something like this white foam.
    Thank you: Mihályné Kondorosi

    1. Dear Lady! These hair loss problems are related to the state of the hormonal system. They are caused by changes in the estrous cycle. But nutritional deficiencies also contribute. There is help for each problem. The "acid problem" is caused by acid deficiency in the vast majority of cases. We can treat this too and restore proper acid production with our natural-based remedies. Of course, feeding habits also need to be changed in this case. Regards Dr. Molnár

  41. Dear Doctor,

I would like to ask your opinion on which products you might recommend for us, we have a mixed breed 21.5 kg 10.5 year old female dog, who was treated for heartworm, overdosed, with doxycycline 2x2 a day, and prednicorton 2x1, for 5 weeks. She had severe liver damage and pancreatitis, 6 infusions and many injections, after liver protection, our latest lab results are still bad, but they have improved a lot with the treatments. Last Friday's results GPT: 298, GOT: 62, GGT: 105, Amylase: 1470 and Lipase: 73.
Currently she is fed Royal Canin Hepatic dry food, and she is given Samylin granules on medical orders. Would any of the products help my dog to heal faster?
I have another question, I found a kitten on the street, I took it to my vet, - 2-3 year old male -, because there is a scar on the belly, I also had the Felv/Fip test done on the kitten, unfortunately Felv+. So far he is asymptomatic.
I have neutered him and he gets Royal Canin Urinary S/O pads and Shaht for sleeping + DMGuard drops on my doctor's recommendation, would any of the products help him besides that?

    Thanks,

    Zs. Erika

    1. Dear Erika! You can use Annovet drops for the prevention and additional treatment of heartworm. This is administered for 3 months in a 3-week on-3-day off cycle. For the liver problem that has developed, I recommend using Regavet, Cytovet, Digestive enzymes & Probiotic complex in combination.
You can strengthen your cat's immune system by using Multivit Mega C, Imunovet and Virovet drops. But you can also give it the Digestive enzymes & Probiotic complex that you bought for your dog. Regards, Dr. Molnár

  42. Dear Dr. Gábor Molnár!

I am asking because I have a Maltese puppy who is two and a half years old, but he is prone to vomiting! Sometimes it is acidic, sometimes it just pops out, this is usually when he overeats... sometimes, or he has run back and forth a lot! These are one-offs, about 3x4 a month on average!
We are just getting over an upset stomach right now! He has received antibiotics and probiotics!
Thank you in advance for your answer!
    Best regards, Adrienn Juhász

    1. Dear Adrienn! The persistent indigestion that causes vomiting can be effectively treated and even prevented with the Digestive Enzymes & Probiotics complex. It is especially necessary for her after antibiotics because of the 4 types of probiotics it contains. It will also prevent tartar buildup in her teeth. Regards, Dr. Molnár

  43. Good day!
I would like to ask for advice, I have a cat whose hair has come out on a small part of his side and is red, he is not injured on it. So the part could not have been from a fight, it also hurts him because when I touch him he starts to meow.
I hope the Doctor will be able to help.
Thank you in advance for your answer!

    1. Dear Beatrix! She probably has a so-called hot spot rash. Krill Omega D3+K2 geol and Multivit Mega C complex will provide a solution to this problem, even if it was due to allergies. Regards Dr. Molnar

  44. Dear Doctor,
I have a 3.5 month old Biewer Yorkie puppy. Fortunately he is healthy, but recently I have noticed that he eats poop, which I have read can be caused by an enzyme deficiency. Is there a solution for this, or will he outgrow it? Thanks in advance for your answer

    1. Dear Berni! You are absolutely in the right place to ask your question. The Digestive Enzymes & Probiotic complex was created to solve problems like this. Add it to your food at every meal. For small Yorkies, 1/8 caps. is enough per feeding. That is, 1 cap will be used up in about 2 days. If she grows, the doses will need to be increased. Then write the results, please. It would be very useful for her if you started giving her Krill Omega D3K2 gel, because it can prevent many bone and circulatory system diseases. Not to mention the development of a beautiful outer coat (skin, fur). Best regards: dr. molnár

  45. Dear Doctor!
My neutered 14-year-old male cat's fur sometimes looks like it has dandruff. Sometimes it disappears completely, sometimes it comes back. Also, the smell of his breath has changed. He only eats dry food and refuses to take any vitamins or medications. Would Trans gel be suitable for him? Maybe he would prefer to take that.
Thank you for your answer: Éva Endrődi

    1. Dear Éva! Most cats enjoy consuming Krill Omega D3K2 gel. Mine also goes crazy for it, she gives it to her wet food, but she also likes to squeeze it out of her plate. This is the right choice for dry and flaky skin. Best regards: dr. Molnár

  46. Good day.
If I order all three products, how long will it last for a 7-month-old fancy bulldog? Do I need any more Energy-vet products? Or are these 3 products enough to maintain complete health? Do I need to take a break, like with Energy-vet, or can I give it continuously? Thanks in advance.

    1. Dear Erika! This combination of products will be very good for your dog's general health. The gel will last for about 20-30 days, the capsules for about 1.5-2 months. It is not necessary to take a break, but a 3-day break will not hurt. Best regards, Dr. Molnár

  47. Dear Doctor! I have a 16-year-old cat who has been struggling with pooping for a while. The stimulus is there, he goes to the litter box several times but does not produce anything. If I give him paraffin oil three times in a row, he poops with great difficulty. What can you recommend? I live in a small town and there is no animal hospital here where I can take him, it is just very far away. Thank you: Mrs. Gajdosné Futó Zsuzsanna

    1. Dear Zsuzsanna! Give him the Digestive Enzymes & Probiotic complex and the Krill Omega D3 gel at the same time. These will solve the constipation in the majority of cases. Give him the dose permanently. Best regards: dr. Molnár

  48. Dear Doctor! Our 10-year-old Hanoverian bloodhound usually has epileptic seizures up to 2 times a year. Recently, I noticed that outside of seizures, he often trembles as if he is cold on weekdays. Especially in his front legs and withers. Is this also a worsening of his epilepsy? In the evenings, he often does not dare or is uncertain about walking up our high spiral staircase that leads to the garden. Then, if I go in front of him and motivate him with a bite, he walks down carefully but cautiously. Thank you in advance for your help. What can we give him to delay the worsening of his epilepsy? His teeth are like those of 5-year-old dogs, our vet congratulated him. 🙂

  49. Dear Doctor!
My mixed breed dog is 10 years old. He takes regular medication for an autoimmune disease./ Prednisolone/ and also hypoallergenic patches.
I would like to know if it is recommended to give him vitamins and if so, what kind?
    Thank you, Péntek Nóra

    1. Dear Nóra! Autoimmune disorders are mainly the result of food absorption disorders in the intestine. This is leaky gut syndrome. The cornerstone of this treatment is the proper restoration of the intestinal flora with the Digestive Enzymes & Probiotics complex and the abundant supply of vitamins with the Multivit Mega C complex, Omega 3 fatty acids and antioxidants with the Krill Omega D3+K2 gel. Furthermore, the improvement of stomach and intestinal digestion. These goals are achieved by the products of Supreme Immunity. I recommend giving all three of our products in combination to your dog struggling with autoimmune problems. Best regards: dr. Molnár

  50. Dear Veterinarian!

Based on laboratory tests, our dog (cotton de tulear / 4.5 years old) has a dust mite allergy. Currently, he receives cytopoint injections about every 6 weeks, which stops his itching. Which supreme products can help stop the underlying problem?

    Thank you:
    Szilvia Osváth

    1. Dear Szilvia! All three of our products are particularly suitable in combination for solving the basics of allergy symptoms. Krill Omega D3 K2 gel is a highly utilizable and easily absorbed form of essential unsaturated fatty acids, which are also essential supporters of the functioning of the immune system. The natural antioxidant called Astaxanthin binds harmful free radicals, thus playing a role in preventing the development of allergy symptoms. Vitamin D3 has a significant immune system stimulating effect. All components of the Digestive Enzymes and Probiotic complex have an anti-allergic effect. The enzymes help the dog to digest nutrients properly and perfectly, so they do not ferment and rot in the intestine, but are completely absorbed and nourish the dog. Probiotic strains that are resistant to stomach acid produce immune system activating vitamins and lactic acid, which create favorable living conditions for other beneficial intestinal flora components and support the protective cells operating in the intestinal lymphatic system. This protects against the development of the so-called leaky gut syndrome, which is the basis for the development of allergic symptoms. Multivit Mega C is uniquely rich in natural plant-derived vitamin C (the natural vitamin C content of the entire capsule is 19%), so it has an effect that can reduce and prevent the symptoms of allergies due to its antioxidant and antihistamine effect. Medicinal mushrooms - which it also contains - contribute to the overall effect by activating and balancing the immune system. In other words, each agent has a significant effect in preventing allergic diseases and reducing their symptoms. They have the best effect when used in combination because they support each other synergistically. Best regards: dr. Molnár

The immune system is the guardian of health
