The terms of the contract between us — alongside the applicable mandatory laws — are governed by this T&C and any further information available on our website. Therefore, the T&C outlines the rights and obligations of both you and us, the conditions for contract formation, deadlines for performance, delivery and payment conditions, liability rules, and the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.
Before finalizing your order, you are required to familiarize yourself with the provisions of this T&C. By making a purchase through our web store, you accept these T&C, which fully form part of the contract between you and the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to modify the provisions of this T&C within the framework of applicable laws. Please review the T&C before each purchase! Any modifications to the T&C will take effect upon their publication on the website. Changes do not affect contracts already concluded (confirmed orders).
The language of the contracts falling under this T&C is Hungarian. Contracts concluded under this T&C are not considered written contracts, and the Seller does not file them.
Prices are in EUR and invoiced with tax exemption. Prices are indicative, and we reserve the right to change them.
Consumers can submit complaints about the product or the Seller’s activities at the following contact points:
The Seller aims to resolve repairs or replacements within fifteen days. If the consumer disagrees with the complaint handling, or if the complaint cannot be investigated, the Seller will immediately record it in writing and provide a copy to the consumer via email. In case of a warranty issue, the Seller will record the consumer's claim and issue a receipt for the product.
If the consumer notices a violation of consumer rights, they are entitled to file a complaint with the competent consumer protection authority.
The website is considered a work protected by copyright law (Act LXXVI of 1999), and all parts of the site are subject to copyright protection. It is forbidden to use any graphics, software solutions, or computer programs without permission. Details about the essential characteristics of the products available for purchase are provided in the product descriptions on the website. The information on the product page is for reference only! The images may occasionally be illustrations, and colors may not always be accurate.
Before finalizing the order, you can continuously modify the data you have entered (by clicking the back button on the browser). It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is accurate, as this data will be used for invoicing and shipping. You accept that the Seller is entitled to pass on any costs or damages resulting from incorrect data entry. The Seller excludes liability for incorrect performance based on inaccurate data. Please note that providing a wrong email address or a full inbox may prevent the order confirmation from being delivered, hindering the contract's formation.
In case a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price (e.g., due to a technical error), we cannot accept the order at that price, and we are not obligated to sell the product at the incorrect price. If you place an order with an incorrect price, the system will automatically confirm it, but this does not constitute acceptance of the offer. Our staff will inform you of the correct price, and you can choose to accept the correct price or withdraw the order.
You can cancel your order without consequences until the package is dispatched, usually within 1 hour. If the package has already been shipped, you can refuse delivery, but you are responsible for covering the shipping costs.
